2014 NAFCD Employee Compensation Report
2014 NAFCD Employee Compensation Report Now AvailableLearn how your firm's employee compensation package compares to the rest of the industry with the 2014 NAFCD Employee Compensation Report conducted by Profit Planning Group. This study analyzes 2013 compensation data of 978 U.S. firms in more than 6,000 locations.
The value of this report to your organization is threefold:
- The results help you determine where your compensation plan stands, not only within the industry, but also compared to other companies in distribution.
- The data helps NAFCD protect your interests by responding to legislative proposals regarding government-mandated health and leave benefits for employees.
- The information helps companies that must prove their compensation is "reasonable" within the constraints of the Internal Revenue Code.
The results are presented in two documents. Combined, they provide information about compensation and benefit practices for distribution industries.
NAFCD Detailed Report This report provides information about both executive and employee compensation including salaries, bonuses, commissions and perks. It also includes details about fringe benefits such as health insurance, retirement programs, and employee time off.
Industry Report The industry report presents the analysis of all participating firms. Firms were categorized into over 20 sales volumes and over 100 geographic areas.
How Do I Access the 2014 Employee Compensation Report? NAFCD members who participated in the survey have already received the results at no cost. NAFCD non-participating members and non-members may
