"First time at UID! Very impressed with the level of speakers and the ability to network with other distributing companies in different fields. Realized very quickly that some of the same issues we experience in flooring distribution are prevalent in other industries. While going through the training, I felt I could not get enough. I left with many “nuggets” and I am now implementing them to my direct reports. The training was so refreshing and I saw many different ways of viewing my job and leading my team. Thank you to Haines for investing in their employees and UID for offering a wonderful training program for managers at all levels."

“There are no educational activities I can recommend any more highly than the University of Innovative Distribution. The classes offer you the opportunity to take an in-depth look at an area of your organization, while gaining insight from some of the most respected minds in wholesale distribution. The unmitigated immersion of UID takes you out of the day to day problems of your distribution business and forces you to wrestle with the larger questions relating to sales, operations, marketing and finance. For the last two years, I’ve left UID with a list of projects to tackle in the coming year, a roster of insights to apply in my current endeavors and a clearer mind to refocus on my day-to-day activities."
