Since 1994, the University of Innovative Distribution (UID) has provided education focused on the needs of wholesale distribution professionals and companies. With its concentrated three-day format, UID has helped increase the effectiveness of hundreds of NAFCD member employees.

"The quality of classes blew me away and it is all material I have brought back with me. I am working to implement strategies and ideas daily, and I felt the content was extremely useful. The amount of information each presenter came ready to give us was incredible; I did not have a single class that was not engaging and helpful."

"First time at UID! Very impressed with the level of speakers and the ability to network with other distributing companies in different fields. Realized very quickly that some of the same issues we experience in flooring distribution are prevalent in other industries. While going through the training, I felt I could not get enough. I left with many “nuggets” and I am now implementing them to my direct reports. The training was so refreshing and I saw many different ways of viewing my job and leading my team. Thank you to Haines for investing in their employees and UID for offering a wonderful training program for managers at all levels."
