NAFCD’s 36th Annual Meeting is open to all NAFCD members and prospective NAFCD members. Prospective NAFCD members must meet NAFCD membership requirements to attend. Please complete and return the registration form along with payment by October 12, 2007. NAFCD members will save $100 off their registration fee if they register by September 4, 2007. Full Conference Registration includes access to all educational sessions, the NAFCD Distributor Marketplace and scheduled NAFCD networking events (all networking events will require a ticket for admittance).
Please see the registration form for the different options and complete registration information. The optional Golf Tournament on Thursday, October 25 requires a separate $200 registration fee.
New for 2007, a group discount will be available for organizations sending five or more representatives to attend at the full conference registration rate (complimentary registrations are not included). NAFCD Distributor Marketplace Exhibitors, Annual Meeting Sponsors and Educational Benefactors have special registration rates and categories as well.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be issued for meeting cancellations received in writing by September 4, 2007. There will be a $75 processing fee for each refund. No refunds will be issued after September 4, 2007.

Housing Information
NAFCD ANNUAL MEETING HOUSING UPDATE
Our hotel block at the Renaissance Austin is currently sold out for Friday, October 26th. Rooms are currently available on Oct 23 - 25.
A second room block has been reserved at the Northcross Suites Austin with a room rate of $129. To make reservations call 512-452-9391 and ask for the NAFCD room rate.
Shuttle bus service between the Northcross Suites and the Renaissance Austin will be provided, details will be sent to attendees with reservations.
Due to a popular sporting event in Austin that weekend, lodging options may be limited. We encourage you to contact the Northcross Suites and/or the Renaissance at your earliest convenience.

When stranded at the airport due to severe weather, mechanical delays or when needing an immediate change due to scheduling issues, your Apollo agency is an indispensable ally.

Your ticket will be issued and an email will be sent confirming your itinerary. The price of your ticket, including Apollo’s service fee will be listed. Restrictions, fees and cancellation penalties will apply.
Ground Transportation
Shuttle service is available from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport to the Renaissance Austin Resort. The SuperShuttle ticket counter is located on the baggage claim level just past baggage carousel one. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes from the airport to downtown and one way is $18. A reservation is not needed from the airport but one is needed from the hotel to the airport. Contact SuperShuttle at www.supershuttle.com or 1.800.258.3826. Taxi service from the airport to the hotel is approximately $35 one way.
